Clarion Design, Inc. was born in 1994 with a focus on commercial real estate development, and we have been moving forward ever since evolving into construction management and commercial general contracting. With a background on the development side, we naturally became a “Developer’s Design-Build firm.” We have focused much of our business on Design-Build projects where we were engaged directly by property owners, though we certainly enjoyed extensive plan and spec, remodel, and many other projects as well.
In our 32 years in the Tenant Finish Construction business, we have worked with nearly every one of the top 25 developers in the DFW Metroplex plus many more, and today are working with major developers in the Denver area through Clarion Design Rocky Mountain, Inc.
I enjoy working with brokerage firms to help them identify the best building and solution for their Tenant and closing the deal, along with managing every phase of their project’s construction to see the final product through successfully. I draw on this experience to offer consultation to CDRM to ensure our projects get finite attention to detail, schedule facilitation, and excellent follow up.

Sam lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife of 53 years. He enjoys time with his 6 grandsons and mentoring up and coming construction project managers in the DFW area. He grew up in rural Arkansas learning the tenants of hard work and business management on his family farm. He moved from a UA masters degree and early career in Ag science to commercial business insurance brokerage, into CRE development in Texas and California, and finally into robust years of General Contracting in Commercial Construction.

As President and Regional Project Executive, I have been fortunate to establish and expand Clarion Design through CDRM in the Denver and Rocky Mountain Region. It has been a truly rewarding part of my 16-year career in the construction industry. It is an honor to be entrusted to grow our Rocky Mountain division and establish a trusted name with local clients and subcontractors in the Denver and surrounding construction markets. Since our inception, these trusted relationships with Denver area developers, brokers, tenants, and subcontractors have been our greatest measure of success. I have always welcomed challenges that every project, big or small, presents along with building a team around these specific challenges, schedules, and necessary material/ equipment procurement.
We are founded on and adhere to the Golden Rule. Our success is not measured by the projects we build, but rather by the relationships we have with our clients, our sub-contractors, and our vendors. These are relationships that are founded on trust, communication, and going the extra mile.
My company lives on this principal in managing and successfully delivering Tenant Finish and Improvement projects for Retail, Office-Warehouse and Industrial, Restaurant, Production, Site Development; Plan and Spec for Owners and LandLords, Industrial and Retail Tenants. My focused project management experience is heavily industrial, and I also thoroughly enjoy Tenant Improvement of all nature. I enjoy the collaboration of offering budget and planning support to our Owners and Developers as well as working directly with Tenants when called on for their needs.

Nathan enjoys living in the mountains west of Denver, CO with his wife, 4 sons, and their dog Rico. He enjoys fly-fishing, elk hunting, hiking, volunteering with his church youth group, and camping and traveling with his family.
My experience with CDRM draws upon a prior history of support to civil and construction engineering projects with Parsons Transportation Group and Clarion Design Inc in various roles including project support, project scheduling, budgeting and forecasting, performance monitoring, accounts receivable/payable and job and company cost analysis. I also pulls from years as an RN the additional ability to coordinate multi-party teams, organize and prioritize, apply closed loop follow through, apply solid procurement principals, quality measures, safety compliance and best practice. The applications taken from those experiences culminate here at CDRM in my commitment and dedication to proudly serve our team, clients and projects in our project delivery.

Lauren enjoys living in the Colorado foothills mountain region with her husband and 4 sons. She enjoys hiking, biking, cross country skiing in the Colorado sun, and helping the local and broader community through projects with her sons’ youth group.

Beginning over 25 years ago in the DFW market working along side Fast Trak Construction focusing on tenant improvement for a large and diverse set of brokerage and landlord clients as well as Design-Build for owners, investors, tenants. Established a strong history of superior successful project completion and repeat clientele. Expanding this experience and successful quality performance rate to the Denver market in 2016 and have been growing and embracing this region and its industry ever since.
