Extensive site repair project for Les Schwab. Existing soils below building greatly expanded and required major reinforcing and stabilization measures through soil nailing. Concrete aprons outside bays were partially demolished and expansive soils were removed, and suitable structural fill was imported and compacted to ensure the sub grade below all aprons, sidewalk, and ADA ramps stabilized. All areas received extensive testing and poured new concrete at all these areas. On Budget, On Schedule
