S-2, B, Design-Build Remodel of Industrial regional Mechanical Equipment manufacturing company headquarters including remodeling existing restrooms and adding additional customer restroom. Extensive remodel that was successfully complete during HQ working hours. Phased project that included extensive coordination with office staff and furniture vendors. All new paint, flooring, and lighting throughout office space. Installation of over size overhead door to include saw cutting in tilt panel, structural steel to support cut out in panel, new dock levelers and Edge of docks.
